Shipping

Sweet Loops Bracelets currently ships within the United States only. U.S. shipping is free. Custom bracelets are created within 3 business days after order payment.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original condition. Buyers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom bracelets

Custom bracelets are handmade to order. Small variations in color placement and sizing may happen because each bracelet is made by hand.
